Admissions Requirements

  Complete Admissions Application.

 

  Students must be at least 17 years of age.

 

  Student must provide a copy of a birth certificate.

 

  Student must provide a copy of a driver’s license or valid picture Identification Card.

 

  Students must submit two official copies of transcript of High School diploma, GED or a transcript from another institution.

 

  Student must present two current photographs.

 

  Include a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 in the form of a money order.

 

  Admissions will be granted on an individual basis after evaluation of application.

 

  Students will be granted admissions if eligible once enrollment requirements set forth by the institution has been satisfied.
